Are the products designed for everyday use?

Yes. Everyday Theories products are designed to fit into real routines and regular use, rather than occasional or overly complicated use.

How does the step system work?

The step system is there to make the routine easier to follow. Each product is given a step based on where it fits in the order of use, so you can see what comes first, what follows, and how the routine fits together more clearly.

Are the formulations certified?

Many of our products are COSMOS Natural certified by ECOCERT.

Where can I view the full ingredient list?

You can find the full ingredient list on each product page.

Can ingredient lists change over time?

Yes. Ingredient lists can change from time to time, so we recommend referring to the product label for the most accurate information.

Where do you currently ship?

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only with free standard delivery.

How long does delivery usually take?

UK delivery usually takes 5 to 10 days, including fulfilment.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, email returns@everydaytheories.com with your order number, reason for return, and a clear photo of the product. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without authorisation will not be accepted.

Returns and Refunds

Change of mind
You can return items within 14 days of delivery if they are unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any product that has been opened or used.

How to start a return
Email returns@everydaytheories.com with your order number, reason for return, and a clear photo of the product. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without authorisation will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If we sent a wrong or damaged item, we will replace or refund at no cost to you.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 7 days if it is damaged, faulty or incorrect. We will put this right quickly. Your statutory rights are not affected, including the 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods.

Exclusions
Opened products, items not in their original packaging, and gift cards are non-returnable unless faulty.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since approval, email returns@everydaytheories.com

Who we are
Everyday Theories (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website and online store. The Services include the site, content and tools that allow you to browse and purchase our products.

Eligibility and your account
You must be the age of majority in your place of residence to purchase. You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided and for keeping your account details secure.

Products and pricing
Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes. We may change products, prices and promotions at any time. We do our best to show colours and finishes accurately, but displays vary.

Purchases are for personal use only and not for resale.

Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or reject any order. We take payment when you checkout. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will refund you.

Your order is subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping and delivery
Orders are shipped from our European production centre. Delivery within the UK usually takes 5 – 10 days including fulfilment time. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you when we hand them to the carrier.

Returns and refunds

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Fulfilment and dispatch
All orders are produced and packed at our European production centre before being shipped directly to you.

Orders are processed within 2 – 3 working days, then passed to the carrier for delivery.

Delivery time
Delivery within the UK usually takes 5 – 10 days including fulfilment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or public holidays.

Shipping cost

Free standard delivery.
We do not currently offer express or next-day delivery.

Tracking
You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Customs and import fees
Orders are shipped from the EU (Latvia). In most cases, UK orders under £135 are delivered without additional customs charges.

If any import VAT or handling fees are applied by the carrier, these are the responsibility of the customer.

Address accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We can’t redirect orders once they’ve been dispatched, and parcels returned due to incorrect addresses may incur redelivery costs.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 15 days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email returns@everydaytheories.com with your order number and a clear photo so we can investigate.
